2025 Vendor Registration

Sold out for our March 16th show!

• The Saratoga Reptile show is located at the Saratoga City Center in Saratoga Springs, NY.
  You can find more information about this fantastic venue here.
• We will be selling two table options. 6ft = $95 and 8ft = $125.
• All vendors will be able to do a vendor load in the day of the show between 6am-8am.
• There is ample parking in and around the City center. As well as a brand new securely covered parking garage located between Maple and High Rock Avenues. This parking garage has a pedestrian bridge leasing right into the City Center. There is available parking for oversized vehicles with trailers as well. No trailers allowed in the parking garage.
• We recommend purchasing your hotel tickets at Priceline.com for  the Saratoga Hilton that is connected to the City Center. Room blocks for that week are more expensive than Priceline. We encourage vendors to stay there the night before to ensure an easy wake up and load in the day of the show.
• Vendors are liable to have a NY State Sales Tax License.

2025 Vendor Registration Process

We will be selling tables on a first come first serve basis so get them while supplies last! We will have a section for 6ft tables and 8 ft tables at the event.  You will be unable to purchase one of each sizes. For multiple tables, you must purchase the same type (6FT or 8FT).

1. We will be offering two table sizes for our vendors which includes electricity. Buy tables via the checkout below.
   6FT = 95$
   8FT = 125$
2. Fill out the form below and use the same email which you used to purchase the tickets above. Please upload your company logo so we can include you on our 2024 vendor list.
   Table Purchase Disclaimer:(Non-Refundable Purchases) Please be advised that  all table purchases for the Saratoga Reptile Show are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy. In the event of an unlikely emergency cancelation due to extreme snow storms, your table purchases will be transferred over to our next event.
