Vendor Registration

Are you interested in becoming a vendor at the 1st annual Saratoga Reptile Show?

• The Saratoga Reptile show is located at the Saratoga City Center in Saratoga Springs, NY.
  You can find more information about this fantastic venue here.
• All vendors will be able to do a vendor load in the day of the show between 6am-9am.
• There is ample parking in and around the City center. As well as a brand new securely covered parking garage located between Maple and High Rock Avenues. This parking garage has a pedestrian bridge leasing right into the City Center. There is available parking for oversized vehicles with trailers as well.
• We will offer a room block at the Saratoga Hilton that is connected to the City Center. We encourage vendors to stay there the night before to ensure an easy wake up and load in the day of the show.
• We will be reviewing each application to vend for reputation and suitability for our show.  We will also assure that we have a good variety of each type of animal and goods.  This is to assure a good event for our patrons as well as a successful one for each vendor.  If you are rejected we will explain why that occurred.
• We will be reviewing all the applications to ensure that the vendor has a good reputation as well as a good selection of animals and products. We pride our selves in having vendors with top quality products.
• Vendors need to have a NY Sales Tax License.
• The cost of each table is $100 each for 8 foot tables which includes electricity.

Vendor Registration Process

1. Fill out the form below
2. We will provide approval/rejection status within 72 hours after you fill out the application below.
3. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice to pay online.
   NOTE: Tables are not reserved until payment is received and once paid are non-refundable.
